1、 结构特点：
（1）采用真空吸附式导纸，配备高压强力风机。设有风量调节装置机吸风消音装置；电气控制集中于同一电柜距离主机不小于1.5米，操作侧全封闭侧罩。

（5）瓦楞辊采用48CrMo**合金钢，经调质、淬火、表面磨光，瓦楞辊直径Ø320mm，表面硬度为HRC60度以上；瓦楞辊采用气缸控制上下位移。

（7）预热辊直径Ø400mm，表面消磨加工并镀硬铬处理，全部用金属软管连接。

（8）瓦楞辊与压力辊轴承采用耐高温润滑脂润滑轴承。

（9）气动控制给胶退胶，涂胶辊直径Ø245mm，表面磨光后刻有凹坑式网纹 镀硬铬处理，调胶辊表面消磨加工并镀硬铬处理。

2、 技术参数：

（3）操作方向：左手机或右手机（需根据客户厂房确定）。

(5)油加热，较佳使用温度在实际操作后确定，锅炉要求流量10立方/小时，要求提供热量10万大卡/小时，进出油管径1.5寸

1、 结构特点：Features:
（1）结构对称可同时支持两卷原纸，可不停机换纸作业；原纸夹紧、升降、松开、移动对中、左右平移均采用液压控制。

上纸小车、导轨
