施工说明：specifications:
 
关键字：干净搅拌桶、倒桶、搅拌机、电子秤、**短毛纯平滚筒
key words:cleaning mixing barrel、inverted bucket、mixer、electronic scale、high quality hair flat roller.
1，使用前，将B组份摇晃均匀后，再倒出到干净的搅拌桶内；
     before using, shaking B component evenly,and then poured into the cleaning mixing barrel,
2，边搅拌B组份，边慢慢添加A组份固化剂，不建议一次性**倒入A组份；
   stirring B component,and adding A component curing agent in the meanwhile.one-time completely into A
     component is not recommended.
3，用搅拌机将A、B双组份充分搅拌约4～5分钟，要求每分钟500-1000转；再倒桶，继续搅拌
     4～5分钟，直到充分搅拌均匀，（严禁用木棍、人工搅拌，人的手再快一分钟也难以**
     过300转）
     A and B in the blender of two-component fully mixing,about4~5minutes for 500-1000   
     revolutions per minute.pour the bucket,and continue to stir 4~5 minutes.until fully stir
     well.(it is strictly prohibited to use wooden sticks .artifical)
4，如果小剂量使用，建议用电子秤称量，严格按照比例配比，否则，地坪不会固化。
   if small doses used,suggest use electronic weighing,in strict accordance with the proportion ratio,the floor won"t cure.
5，两组份搅拌均匀后应静置5分钟左右，放出高速搅拌时产生的物理气泡，能有效减少漆膜泛白等倾向。
two components mix should let stand for 5 minutes,released at the exit of high-speed mixing physical bubble ,can effectively reduce the paint film efflorescence ,etc.
6，请及时使用，滚涂时，建议采用**短毛纯平滚筒，**连续施工，中间不得停歇，较好在30分钟内用完，勿长时间放置，尤其是高温天气，固化反应在发生，时间过长，涂料将逐渐凝固开始初凝，即产生强度而形成薄膜层，施工时要坚持“专人配料”，多次少配，供应不断”的原则。
please use it in time,when the roller coating,proposal is made of high quality hair flat platen,continuous construction,must be in the middle of may.it is best to run out in 30 minutes,don"t place for a long time,especially in hot weather,curing reaction happening ,time is too long,coating will start gradually solidified sludge,which produce strength to form a thin film layer ,construction should adhere to the principle of ";specialist ingredients";,when many times less worthy,supply continuously";.
7，施工后，应尽量关闭门窗，防止树叶或灰尘污染现场；避免蚊虫落下影响薄膜的表面的美观度。
after construction，should close the doors and windows,as for as possible to prevent the leaves or dust pollution,avoid mosquito shed influence film on the surface of the aesthetic.
8，在固化过程中还有多个化学反应在发生，因此，固化速度较慢。一般，24小时后，可以上人，5-7天后达到较强硬度。
especially reinforced(1:4)high overloading type(1:2),waterborne polyurethane curing agent content,not only A and B of two-component reaction,in fact,in the process of curing and multiple in the event of Achemical reaction,therefore,the curing speed is slow,in general,after 24hours,can master cheng yen,peak hardness in 5-7days.
