**煤介绍
**煤采用**白煤为原料,经精选碎,粉,筛等工艺加工而成是普遍采用双层,三层**过滤材料。实用于一般酸性,中性碱性的净化处理,具有良好的比表面积。
**煤固定碳含量高,挥发分产率低,密度大,硬度大,燃点高,燃烧时不冒烟。黑色坚硬,有金属光泽。以脂摩擦不致染污,断口成贝壳状,燃烧时火焰短而少烟。不结焦。一般含碳量在90%以上,挥发物在10%以下。无胶质层厚度。热值约6000-6500千卡/公斤。有时把挥发物含量特大的称做半**煤;特小的称做高**煤。
**煤具有含硫低、水分低、挥发低、固定碳高以及耐烧、不链炉、不结焦,适用各种工业锅炉以及生活取暖所用,煤炭种类分为:粉煤、12块煤、25块煤、38块煤、中炭以及大炭,可根据客户不同锅炉、不同使用方法为客户**即适用又减少成本的种类。
与使用烟煤相比,由于**煤挥发份较低,因此需要一个相对较大的分解炉,以期获得相同的生料分解率和相同的煤粉燃烬程度,或者要求一个较高的操作温度,或者将**煤磨得较细一些。
**煤的**强度,对于炼铁、钙镁磷肥生产以及制合成氨原料气使用的煤球来说都很重要,它也是检测**煤内部粉煤颗粒互相结合的牢固程度的方法之一。**煤可以在冷态下进行**试验,也可以在热态下进行。测定热态下的**强度较能接近使用时的实际情况。显然**煤**强度愈高,在炉内燃烧、气化时就愈不容易粉化和增加带出物。总之,抗压强度、跌落强度和**强度是判断**煤冷、热机械强度的三项主要指标。
**煤的热稳定性与煤的热稳定性一样,是指在高温下燃烧或气化过程中对热的稳定程度。也就是**煤在高温作用下保持原来粒度的性质。热稳定性好的**煤,在燃烧或气化过程中能以其原来的粒度烧掉。显然热稳定性差的型煤,在使用过程中会使带出物增多,同时增加炉内阻力,甚至造成结渣,而且影响燃烧和气化效率。因此**煤的热稳定性也是重要的指标之一。
**煤用途
**煤块煤主要应用是化肥(氮肥、合成氨)、陶瓷、制造锻造等行业;**粉煤主要应用在冶金行业用于高炉喷吹(高炉喷吹煤主要包括**煤、贫煤、瘦煤和气煤)。**煤用于居民、机关食堂、饮食行业等炉灶上用于炊事和取暖用**煤。**煤生产工艺有无粘结剂成型、有粘结剂成型、热压成型三种。**煤用于链条锅炉、手烧锅炉等。**煤用于化工厂、造纸厂、化纤厂、啤酒厂、铜厂、化肥厂、砖厂及屠宰厂等等。
