一、酸性打炉料简介：
 
       中频炉耐火材料主要包括中频炉炉衬料(也称中频炉打炉料、中频炉干振料、中频炉干打料、中频炉捣打料等)、中频炉修补料、线圈泥(也称线圈胶泥、线圈涂料、线圈浆料)、中频炉炉口料、运转包用浇注料等，该系列耐火材料主要用于无芯中频炉、有芯感应炉、熔液运转包中，用以熔化灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁及铸铁合金，熔化碳钢、合金钢、高锰钢、工具钢、耐热钢、不锈钢，熔化铝及其合金，熔化紫铜、黄铜、白铜及青铜等铜合金等。
 
      酸性打炉料通常指SiO2含量大于93%的耐火材料，它的主要特点是在高温下能抵抗酸性渣的侵蚀，但易于与碱性熔渣起反应。 酸性耐火材料常用的有硅砖和粘土砖。硅砖是含氧化硅93%以上的硅质制品，使用的原料有硅石、废硅砖等，其抗酸性炉渣侵蚀能力强，荷重软化温度高，重复煅烧后体积不收缩，甚至略有膨胀;但其易受碱性渣的侵蚀，抗热振性差。硅砖主要用于焦炉、玻璃熔窑、酸性炼钢炉等热工设备。粘土砖以耐火粘土为主要原料，含有30%～46%的氧化铝，属弱酸性耐火材料，抗热振性好，对酸性炉渣有抗蚀性，应用广泛。
      采用电熔石英为基料配制的**酸性炉衬材料，较适合大型中频感应电炉间歇式作业。
 
  
 
二、小结
 对于中频炉炉衬的寿命，除**获得完整合理的三层炉衬外，还应注意平时的操作，筑炉是选用**干净的筑炉材料，合理配比，精心打结，科学烘烤与烧结规范，严格操作工艺，即可延长炉子使用寿命。
 
三、包装标准和储存方法
多层防潮纸及内膜包装25kg/袋，储存在干燥处防止吸潮。储存期不**过一年。
