A new generation of nvdimm-n memory chips has been released by Micron, which combines DDR4 DREAM memory with NAND flash memory, which can be saved even after the power is lost, PChome news reports. 

NVDIMM is a non-volatile memory stick, and the magnesium light has been used in the memory of DDR3 specification. The DDR4 memory has 8GB and 16GB of memory, and the new generation has doubled to 32GB.Nvdimm-n USES NAND flash memory for data backup in case of power loss, and there is a specification for nvdimm-f, which USES pure flash memory. 

This new memory comes with 64GB of SLC NAND, and in case of power or power failure, the FPGA will start immediately and transfer all the running data to the flash memory. During power outages, it can use the power cord to connect external AGIGA PowerGEM capacitors to maintain power, or to power the battery through the DIMM 12V slot.
